- Clients will be issued a receipt upon payment, which must be retained as proof.
- Payment must be completed before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the recruitment process.
- Clients must cooperate fully and respond promptly to our requests for information or documentation.

4. Confidentiality
- We undertake to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are available only if services are not provided as agreed or due to circumstances outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.
- Cancellations must be made in writing before services commence; refunds may be subject to administrative fees.
- Payments are paid through bank accounts or at the office till line, and clients are issued receipts upon payment.

6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any employment outcomes, job offers, or issues arising from employment placements.
- We do not guarantee job placement or success in securing employment.
